For an utterly irreverent take on the holiday and Jewish culture in general, check out the duo Good for the Jews on Wednesday at the Great American Music Hall, 859 O’Farrell St. in San Francisco, as part of its “Putting the Ha! in Hanukkah” tour. (Note: The comedy is more Sarah Silverman than Uncle Miltie – not for the easily offended.) Tickets are $20 at www.gamhtickets.com.
